It’s safe to say there is somewhat of a marketing revolution underway in the real estate industry. Professionals are turning to drone photography and video to gain a marketing edge more frequently now than ever before.
The Federal Aviation Administration lifted restrictions on drone piloting in 2016 – meaning aerial drones are approved for commercial use, opening them up to a host of industries. They are especially appealing to real estate professionals that rely on new marketing channels to stay ahead of their competition.

Drone video and imagery give buyers a great sense of the property and surrounding area. It makes things like nearby parks, traffic patterns, and other amenities easy to see without physically being there.
